Dropped Jeans off for a new zip over a month ago. Paid when I dropped off to them. No e-mail, no call still don't know if item has been repaired. When you call their phone number nobody ever picks up. Shambles.

I rang to enquire about having my new dress steamed prior to wearing to my daughter’s wedding. They wanted to know how much I’d paid for it (?) and informed me that it would cost 50% of the cost of dry cleaning and would be £60, which I’m sure was based on the price of my dress. I was astounded at the amount and told them that my daughter had taken her bridesmaid dresses to a dry cleaners in West Bridgford and she had paid £10 for each dress and they were full length and multi layered, which my dress wasn’t. Unsurprisingly I took my dress to the same cleaners as my daughter where I was charged £9.30 to steam BOTH my dress and jacket. Won’t be using Johnson Cleaners again!

I'm afraid I've just had enough of their Loughborough branch. Not only you have to pay in advance instead of at collection, not only they don't send you a text message advising when the garments are ready, now it also turns out that certain member of staff is happy to miscount the number of garments you take there and charge (in advance of course). Took what I thought were 6 or 7 shirts, this person counted 8, charged me and today at pick up and ta daaa it's only 6. Place keeps going downhill and I just won't use them again; I'd rather drive out of town and give my business to someone else.

They are helpful and friendly but the prices are very high and I wasn't happy with the service I was given back. My clothing should have been more up to more standards than I was given due to the money I paid for for 2 shirts. Not really happy with the results. Could have done better than that. If I knew that result I could have done it myself at home. Sorry

It was pouring down with rain, I was 5 minutes before the shop opened and was told that as the staff member opened the door then promptly shut it in my face. 5 minutes later I went back, still the door was locked the lady looked at me and continued to talk to another member of staff then opened the side shutter before unlocking the door.....2 minutes after the opening time......she was friendly enough once in and wet but just a jobs worth.....all I can say is whatever helps to get you through the day!

I took a pair of medium size bedroom curtains to be dry cleaned today and after measuring them was quoted £91. When I had recovered from the shock, I said that's a bit steep and left the shop. I then went to Clothes Horse Cleaners on Bedford Square who weighed them and quoted £18!I contacted Johnsons to ask if she is sure she said the correct price and let her know that I'm having them cleaned for more than £70 less and the lady just said what a bargain I had found and seemed amused by my call. I can't understand why they would be ripping people off like this and asking for £73 more for the same service?? I will never go there again...

Went to Johnsons to repair and sew a tote bag handle and Michelle was an absolute star - thank you so much for your kindness and haste, such a fantastic job! Received a text on the same day that the item was ready

Really angry. I use them a lot for dry cleaning. Took in a gorgeous new jacket (cost £189) and went to collect it after dry cleaning, and there are 3 really bad snags in the material which means I cannot wear it. Staff promised manager would call me on Sunday - no call and so I had to chase! Wait to see the outcome but I want total cost reimbursed for new jacket minimum. Not happy. Poor communication between staff too as manager said she was not told to call me Sunday nor did she know about the 3 snags.
