Best pregnancy massage I've had! Elena knows what she's doing and really helps to make the aches and pains go away. I wish I had booked much sooner in my pregnancy, as previous pregnancy massages I've had in the last 7 months have been no where near as good as Elena's!

I had a pregnancy massage with Elena when I was 37 weeks and she was AMAZING. She took the time to listen to my aches and niggles beforehand so she could really tailor the treatment for me. She also got the pressure spot on as I sometimes find masseuses don’t do it as hard as I’d like.Highly recommend! I definitely plan to return for a post natal massage at some point too ☺️

I had a pregnancy massage with Elena today and it was glorious! Even at 37 weeks pregnant I felt incredibly comfortable throughout, she took the time to talk through any problem areas I had and spent time working on those areas, I left feeling pain free and light weight ready for baby to come! I've been visiting Mummy's Retreat for over a year and try to go every 6-8 weeks for a Deep Tissue Massage. Elena is fantastic! Every visit the techniques used and body areas focused on are different to align with the stresses and tensions within my body. Elena is so lovely and professional. She has never caused me any post-massage pain, and whenever I have a massage from a different therapist (e.g. when on holiday) they never live up to Elena's high standard. I recommend to all.
