Been going to Gymtro for about 5 months now and it’s one of the best investments I’ve ever made. I’ve lost over 9% body fat (just over 10kg in pure body fat) and built a lot of muscle, all while getting stronger through following the structured Gymtro programs. The coaches / PTs have helped me massively; they’re all very knowledgable, friendly, and push you just the right amount. Highly, highly recommend.

Joined Gymtro St Albans a couple of months ago and love it ! Really friendly and encouraging members, the coaches are brilliant they make sure you're pushing yourself just enough to get results and because the Nano sessions are small group sessions you have more attention from them than in a normal gym plus you always know you can get on the equipment you need . I am already stronger couldn't do a sit up at all now I can plus flexibility is getting better as I can now do lunges and my knee goes to the floor ! Small things but it shows progress I can't recommend these guys enough

Gymtro is exceptional and the nano sessions give you all the benefits of a personal trainer in a small group environment. Friendly enthusiastic, an all round good way to start your day - I highly recommend it.

Can’t recommend these guys enough. Great atmosphere and great knowledge. I’ve never been this motivated with my training. I’m always recommending my patients for their injuries.

I've really struggled with Fitness. I'm lazy and I live to eat! I am not one of life's natural gym folk- I have always found Gyms, in particular, intimidating, overwhelming and tough to maintain. Liz, Tommy and Steve were the perfect antidote to this. They gave me structure and guidance, support and confidence. They helped me transform my body and I felt the best I had ever felt. Tommy never let me quit and kept pushing, Steve was continually encouraging and supportive and Liz was so super supportive and amazing about all the nutrition. Is it dramatic to say they changed my life? Perhaps, but it is true.

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. If you are looking for a lifestyle change and a boost in confidence this is definitely your place. The studio has a cool and friendly atmosphere which makes it fun to train and they have a great range of equipment. Much better than your local gym!They help you with a programme tailored to your needs and goals, your nutrition and they have a trained sports therapist available on site too. Definite value for money!No need to look any further - give these guys a call and you will not look back!

Been going to Gymtro over 2 years. It’s a very friendly community not an intimidating gym at all. All the PTs are great, very knowledgeable and push you just the right amount. Highly recommend.
