Really excellent service from Gerry. He looked at all parts of my cycling and I immediately felt the benefit of the fit. He also recommended what would be best for me in a new bike and was willing to look at any options I sent him. Would strongly recommend.

I can't recommend Gerry enough for a bike fitting. He is a keen and experienced amateur cyclist and personal trainer by profession. He has all the latest technology, techniques and software to set you up on the bike properly. His playback facility shows you were you are going wrong and he will advise you and help correct any issues. I've had a few different bike fits done over the years but by far this was the most comprehensive and effective.

I would highly recommend a visit to Gerry regardless of your cycling background. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every step of the bike fitting process. He also has a great understanding of the human body and all the facets that go into your fit. When I went in I felt welcomed and at ease immediately. From my position on the bike and my power output when I went in and when I came out are night and day. I made a visit to Fit Studio NI number of weeks ago to see could I get a problem with my foot resolved. Immediately Gerry analysed and amended issue with new Lake Shoes, these are much wider fit & expandwith pressure applied when cycling. The shoes were specifically fitted for me & not only has this cured foot issue but also improved my performance. I also got a bike fit which was superb about of detail time & knowledge which went into this was excellent. I have returned today for a review & this wasn’t a 10min quick in / out of studio. Everything checked & given a real insight into nutrition to help me moving forward.I would highly recommend Fit Studio NI!! Gerry is totally professional and very patient. Can not believe the difference the excellent set up of my bike has made, promoting better stability, comfort, and balance. I am experiencing no pain in my joints and now using the muscles that should have been using for years. Gerry goes above and beyond to help in every aspect nothing is to much trouble. I visited Fit Studio NI for both a road bike and TT bike fit. My experience was 100% positive and Gerry's knowledge and approach was both friendly and professional. If you are looking to improve your cycling performance and comfort this is a great solution.

After 8 years or so of relatively pain free road cycling, I began to suffer with knee issues about 2 years ago. I tried other bike fitting solutions with no success in addressing my issues and watched many many YouTube videos, trying all sorts of things to fix my own fit. Then I came across Fit studio NI and Gerry on Instagram and decided to go there, thinking it was possibly a last resort. This turned out to be one of my better decisions. Gerry's attention to detail and fit process inspired confidence in me straight away. The process started at the most important (and often neglected) place - The foot pedal interface, where my feet were assessed before cleats were adjusted and orthotics fitted to start the fit process. I was able to see how this improved my pedal stroke straight away. Everything was explained comprehensively as we then progressed on and off the bike, making various other tweaks to saddle height, setback, hoods, etc. Based on my biomechanical limitations, Gerry also gave me detailed off the bike exercises to follow after my fit and made himself available to answer any questions that I had over the next 2 months before I visited again for my final follow-up. At the final follow-up, Gerry took the feedback that I had and we made one final small adjustment based on that. I am happy to report that this whole process has left me with zero issues and has re-kindled my love for the bike. I have no hesitation recommending Fit Studio NI to anyone who may be thinking about a bike fit for any reason, as not only am I now pain free, but am also seeing efficiency gains in my pedal stroke which are borne out my metrics captured on my Favero Assioma power pedals. What an absolute legend Gerry is. He identified issues with my flexibility and set my bike up to work with my body while giving me exercises to help with my riding and overall fitness. He was patient, knowledgeable and gabe me an extra 80 watts of power through correct positioning and correct shoes. I will be back if I ever need another bike fit.

As a beginner cyclist, the world of cycling and bike fits can be intimidating, however, Gerry put me at ease, He was patient, accommodating and knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. Following a comprehensive fitting process, I was able to go from cycling with lower back pain to being pain-free, having adjusted my position.I would highly recommend this service.
