Staff were friendly and helpful. We did vist well outside of peak times, so there was nobody else in the shop. However the two staff on duty made efforts to find what I was looking for and, even though they didn't have it in stock, made reasonable suggestions for something else.The price was cheaper than advertised too, which was a nice bonus.

Visited hoping to buy charms and after waiting for 10 minutes for someone to come over to help us, was told that I couldn’t purchase the 4 charms that I was looking to buy unless I bought a bracelet along with it. They said they’re not allowed to sell charms in there without the customer purchasing a bracelet which just seems like a way to get around the money they lose for selling discounted items.

I bought a bracelet which i have been charged for £44Should be £33 so i have been over charged £11Not happy at all. And i dont think i will be buying anything again from pandora. I strongly need my refund

Seemed under staffed, admittedly I was in a rush but the 3 assistants were busy & then when one finally was available to help which was a good 15 minutes the selection of Earrings (hoop) was tiny and I was told to have a look then let them know when I was ready, which would have probably added another 15 minutes because the assistant was immediately busy with someone else. Not a good experience which means that's one shop I won't be visiting again.

Amazing shopping experience today namely because of excellent customer service by Hannah. She was so helpful, so patient and just genuinely a delight to do business with.
