Just wanted to say a massive Thankyou to Tom and the team for sorting out a complicated insurance 3rd party claim on my Golf. The front was completely smashed and it has arrived home looking brand new.Tom sorted out all the claim, kept me upto date with the repairs and delivered the car home too.5 stars deserved for excellent customer service.

Spoke to them after I'd had an accident, within a couple of hours they had a loan car (a high end one too) sent to me and picked up my car for repairing. They let me know what was happing all the way through. Just got my car back to day and its all fixed to a high standard. 100% recommend these guys, takes all the stress for dealing with insurance companies specially stopping your insurance from being affected.

Contacted the company following a no fault accident , the team are absolutely fantastic had no hassle , hire car sent out straight away , claim settled so fast , communication brilliant, would recommend this company to anyone , very professional and everything done on time .

Do not use this company. They will scam you. They are liars. They go by motor claims line as well as CC Response NW.Johnathan Gallagher from is one of the directors and lies to customers.

First contact was with Tom, great guy sorted everything out for me, hire car to my door, my car picked up all repaired and then dropped back off, they valeted my car and even got a free air freshener great service, Mark 5*

I was recommended to CC Responce by a friend they organised my claim and made it a completely stress free transaction. Insureance can be very difficult to under stand they took there time and explained the process giving me confidence. I would highly recommend
