I drove over an hour to the shop, only to find that he hadn't bothered to open - wasted petrol and time. There are a growing number of businesses down Gloucester Road who seem to be getting into this habit - it's very annoying, and poor business - Tim has now missed an opportunity for me to give him money.

Amazing service, spoke to Tim at 5pm Friday afternoon and had the table delivered 150 miles and installed by Sunday afternoon. After being told by other companies that I would be lucky to get a table by Christmas, I was pleasantly surprised by Tim’s no nonsense approach. Exceptional performance thank you.

Great company to deal with, ordered a new supreme winner pool table from them 2 weeks ago was delivered this week. Several great things about them 1 they actually have pool tables in stock (most other companies I contacted waiting times were several months for delivery) 2. Setting up the table was fast and efficient, including levelling the table. 3. I ordered a grey cloth and they provided grey chalk so the cloth does not get marked. Would highly recommend.

Quite simply the best price, service and delivery. I was looking for a table for a couple of months and most online retailers would take your order and money and then quote a 10 week plus delivery time. I rang Tim on a Tuesday and the table was delivered and installed the next day because they keep these tables in stock.The Supreme winner table is amazing quality and it looks fantastic in our house. I purchased a white table with purple cloth!I highly recommend Tim Franklin pool and snooker if you’re looking for a top quality table and a trusted service. Many thanks.
