Oxford Parkway Park and Ride (Stop A)

500 bus no longer goes to Oxford. No information to tell you this!!! The 500 timetable is still on the wall !!!!A helpful bus driver informed us that we needed to get a number 7 bus. No timetable for getting to Oxford and when I eventually found the stop to get back to park and ride no times yet again!! Machines at park and ride wouldn’t take a card payment!!! No cash on me!!!! 20 minutes to download the app 3 failed attempts as would not accept my phone number. Called automated didn’t get the right Reg no yet another 3 failed attempts!! Finally on the 4th attempt on the app managed to pay to find you pay an extra 40p. Not a happy customer at all !!!

Very helpful staff, cheerful too.

Only machine to buy tickets will only take cash. Nobody around to ask. 3 more ticket machines to only pay for parking. Not clear on what to do. Shambles.

Bit exposed, but otherwise a decent bus stop.
