You have to visit this place for must, it's very near to the Lancaster railway station. They provide you free map's of Lancaster and schedule of different activities available in Lancaster and, Lancaster goodies.

doing a recon for a forthcoming trip to the city, normally we do our own research but I have to say the guys" on duty were not only knowledgable about the city but their enthusiasm really is a credit to your organisation and i would encourage any visitors to pop in

Completely ignored by man behind desk on computer . Would not hurt to say hello or acknowledge our presence , we were the only people in there . Put us right off , manners cost nothing . Good job people are much nicer elsewhere.
