For quite some time now (months), whenever I pop into this store, there are no shopping bags available. The staff said they were not supplied any the day before. There were also no shopping baskets available, which were said to be stolen. I also do find the prices a bit high compared to other stores. Additionally, many times the shelves do not have what you need.I'm afraid this store seems to be neglected by management and I no longer see it as an efficient or adequate service. Probably will not be shopping there again in the future despite being so close

Absolutely terrible service this is the second time i had to leave the store without things i wanted i've been going to this shop for years before it was even a Morrisons. as it was my local i let the first time slide as I thought they may be having a bad day i get along with all the staff perfectly fine except one older lady (30-40s) shortish brownish hair which both incidents she was the reason i couldn't have the items i needed. This time around the fridge was broken which was pretty clear there was no sign saying we couldn't go there or *buy*the products but it was half blocked off with a few packets of toilet paper so I thought i could be careful and grab the items however when i grabbed them the lady shouted oi come on mate but i didn't think anything of it got the rest of the items i wanted. when i got to the till she had the other staff member (small with black hair in a bun with piercings) almost ready to not serve me then she refused to serve me the items in the section when I questioned why she said because the fridges are not working which is fair but i then said that the food i got was a room temperature food she said I'm not serving you its law so i asked what law it is and she said Natasha's law which when i googled it said it was to do with food allergies which in this case was used in the complete wrong context and then we argued then she said I'm not serving you at all and kicked me out and as its late there are no shops open other than a petrol station which is quite far i like every other staff member they're all lovely except her i have never done a thing to her and yet she always seems to have a bad attitude and any excuse to not serve which is odd as this is a supermarket? I think this shop would be a much better place without her.

Very disappointed to see shelves were almost empty of fresh salad produce and mushrooms; yet plenty of reduced price chocolate, snacks and alcohol on display. The other day, there was no fresh milk available. Also, I saw 4 people (all in their late teens/early twenties) not wearing masks; this has happened a couple of times when I have used the store; yet no one was challenged. Whilst I realise it must be difficult for staff and some may rightly feel uncomfortable challenging some customers, if this is a regular occurrence, why is there no security on the door?Unfortunately, my expectations of Morrisons have not been fulfilled and I preferred the McColls store.

Not a good variety to choose from, shelves are often empty. Staff member Toni was very rude and disrespectful to me and my family.

Quicker to run down to sainsbury and back in the time it takes to be served. The shelves are very often empty and the fridges covered over. Okay for just fetching the paper but not much else.

Small floorspace with narrow aisles but great product range.
