I am sure that the visitor centre and the walks are lovely, but there are no dogs allowed at all, not even on lead. So if you have dogs, you can either not go or leave them in the car!

Beautiful outdoor walking paths, great for birding. We forgot our binoculars, but we were able to rent a pair at the centre.

Just a magical place. Really worth the annual membership if you are local. Loads of bird hides in different habitats. Even if you are not mad into bird watching, beautiful and scenic walk up the hill, without the crowds you get elsewhere on Rutland.

Lovely visit after a long time. Not too busy and walked to a series of hides and saw lots of birds. The centre had good food/snack options and we were impressed with the binocular sales area as that was a key reason for our visit. Will certainly go again.

Fabulous nature centre. We were actually fortunate to see a a rare sighting of a 'hobby' who gave us a 3 min display . Stunning view of all the water birds too . Free parking and a calming, beautiful walking area

Excellent day out for £7 per person at current prices. Price includes parking forthis site and the Lyndon one. Plenty of bird hides to explore and other wildlife about. Gift shop with food and drink on site and clean toilets.
