Sef was so welcoming and helpful, helped me move the chairs so I could get my grand-babies closer…….Thank you for a great experience in Costa I will definitely be back!

This place is getting worse by the day. Toilets,filthy toilet paper on floor,locks don't work. Tables never cleared. Young male member of staff wearing jeans so filthy they look like they belong in the bin. New franchisees should be ashamed.

Has had a full redecoration, so much more comfortable and welcoming than the slightly tired previous interior. Chairs are more comfy as well. Worth a visit.

Coffee shop is a place of joy, people talked get fresh by drinking coffee and start a new day.Here is a place for making new people and get new experience. I love to drink cofee in Costa its environment and staffs are so lovely!

Costa Coffee Shenfield
The Costa in shenfield needed a lot of work both with a referb and some decent baristas/staff in general. We visited again today, they have had a great refit and the staff seem very happy and the atmosphere is great. My two year old son made friends with a great new worker canned Sef and I’m sure they will get some happy new costumers now they have implemented some changes.
