Such a lovely lady who always makes me feel welcome. Patricia has been doing my hair extensions for years and im so pleased i found her. Very professional and friendly.

***DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN WITH YOUR HAIR!** very expensive and not worth it! I had my hair extensions done from her around 20th July, after a week they started to fall out! I immediately contacted her and she conveniently wasn’t available to see me knowing well I had to fly out on holiday for a wedding and that is why I had them done. She said she was expensive but had the quality- totally untrue! She charged £380 and my hair extents started to fall out after a week. I contacted her whilst abroad and told her what was happening and how upset I was because this was for my big day!. In my return I went into see her, she saw me due to other customers around. She saw the state of my hair and accepted that the extensions shouldn’t have fallen out and that as good will she will do them again and booked me in for the following week. I text her over the weekend and said that if she could just take out the left over extensions and style my hair instead Because I couldn’t go through the ordeal all over again as it damage my own hair. It would also help her as she was fretting over how much it would cost her as the extensions were expensive - it would save her in 30 extensions and time. You never guess what her reply was! To my disgust she refused to carry out anything! She said she thought about it long and hard and it would cost her money to do anything and refuse to take responsibility. I am appalled by her service and her actions. She lied about the quality of the hair stating she used Russian hair, I paid her £380+ for extensions that lady me less than 10 days and there she was worried about what it would cost her to rectify the damage she had caused. I trusted her, I had my hair done and paid her the asking price because it was for a special occasion, she spoilt my experience and did not deliver what she promised. And it’s disgusting that she accepts the error, books the appointment and then has the cheek to refuse. I have never been to a salon and treated so poorly. Awful experience and she pretends to be all nicey nice but is a nasty person underneath. ** please learn from my experience and do not trust her** make sure you check before you get anything fine and don’t be illusion to her friendly act!

Avoid this woman. I have been having extensions fitted for 2 years. However the last extensions she put in have destroyed my natural hair. I have asked her on several occasions to sort it out and all I got was a mouthful of abuse and then she blocked me. She thinks this is funny. If you have any sense you will avoid her and go elsewhere. Dont waste your money on her. She is overpriced and just thinks she can block you and avoid you !! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Well what can I say. Another trip to Patricia and as usual she worked her magic and done an amazing job on my hair. It looks absolutely beautiful and what great quality hair! Would never go to anyone else!. Patricia thank you so much for spoiling me and for the champagne! You truly made my day so special. Been going to Patricia for 3 years now and I have never been disappointed, she is amazing and I highly recommend her to anyone!.

Had my hair extensions fitted for my wedding in july and have been coming back to trish for my maintenance and colour every 4 weeks. I have had so many compliments on my hair and none of them have fallen out! The people complaining clearly arent looking after them properly! Trish is always professional and happy to go above and beyond! Cant wait for my new set before Christmas

Lovely lady! Haven't been to the hair dressers for many years due to a previous bad experience. Would go as far as a hairdresser phobia. My hair was a mess. Patricia transformed it and me .This lovely lady understood my worry and panic and treated me like a princess. She is now our family hairdresser and I will never go else where. Thank you for a great experience .

This is one amazing women.She has a passion for what she does.Will always go that extra mile.I have been going to her for 3 years and i will not go else where.She will always put a smile on your face and always has your best interest.Cannot wait for my new set.Love you xxxz

Very sad.. my extensions started to fall out after a week or so. I PAYED £500 for my hair to be destroyed. Not worth it.
