Sadly I can't recommend them anymore after years of Barber DTS being our No1 supplier with great variety of stock and fast deliveries but not anymore!We stopped ordering from them after time and time again they let us down and did nothing to rectify faults.Very expensive and unreliable supplier!MarekShop managerDark Rose Tattoo

Had some issues with my first two orders but were quickly resolved after speaking to Francis. Got off on the wrong foot but ever since their customer service has been exceptional. I dont often leave reviews but I'm very impressed and think I will solely be using this supplier from now on

Don’t bother. 3rd time my orders not been delivered on time. They charge a fortune for next day delivery and it never turns up and you’re waiting 10 working days for a refund. This time it’s gone missing and they have no idea where. Next day delivery doesn’t exist with this company. Customer service is pony. They always sound like everything is way to much trouble and they are really harsh toned and have a million excuses. They aren’t a customer first type company.

Customer service is nothing short of appalling. Order and pay for next day delivery doesn't show for days on end.Offer Saturday delivery at a extra rate when the delivery company they use dont even deliver on a Saturday. False advertising and just ripping people off. Always something missing from the order as well and its never their fault.Will be taking our business elsewhere as we've had enough of the shambles

I do not recommend, the order was supposed to be delivered the next day, which I received after a few days, having to write an e-mail to get my order number. on the website there were needles that I added to the order that were supposed to be for free, I didn't get any information that could explain why they didn't add them to the order. difficult contact with the seller

im so shocked haw they treat me i order from them fom pass 18 years. they made a mistake with delivery , orders my to pay for staff wich i dont recieveve , im deleting my account i dont wont nothig to do with tis comany any more they just lost another costumer

Gone down hill. I used to be happy with their service but now, everything’s out of stock most of the time, when you do order it arrives extremely late, and sometimes damaged. We ordered a new chair and paid next day delivery, arrives 2 weeks late damaged and I just accepted it and gave up. Now my apprentice ordered a critical atom XR that’s supposed to be brand new but somehow turns up with no power adapter, absolute joke of a company and we won’t be using again. Shame.

I have received the best sales service! I can't fault them at all. Emma in sales is absolutely brilliant. I will definitely buy from them regularly.

ordered a £660 tattoo machine which hasnt even turned up a week later. the lady at barbers has told me ups have said it may have been delivered to a neighbour, the driver has left it OUTSIDE the totally wrong house as seen in a picture attatched to the order on barbers website. now im being told i will have to wait another week for a refund after waiting a week already for it to turn up when according to barbers they have spoke to ups who said it may have been delivered to a neighbour".wont use them again. customer comes last here"

I'm sick to death of never being able to get anything. No thermal copier paper, no needles, no shading inks ITS A JOKE!!!!!!!! I have reluctantly been using barber for about 5 years now due to the brands I like and I have had nothing but problems. Since covid they've gotten a thousand times worse. Look at their reviews. They don't ever have anything in stock their a pointless company. I will be using anyone know but them. Be careful though as they have sister companies.If you can avoid them everyone seriously I would as they're just a headache. It's hard enough running a business in these troubled times but can't even rely on this company to have stock!
