Post Office

Fantastic Post Office, one might say it's the best Post Office around, the Staff are great the Postmaster is a gentleman always helping our team with parcels and giving great advice, yes it gets busy, it is a Post Office so a lot of people use their services, we cannot thank them enough for the dedicated service they provide, not sure what we would do without our trusted Post Office. Service = 5/5, Smiles = 5/5, Advice = 5/5, Banter = 5/5

I visit this post office everyday for business. The staff are lovely. Post master is brilliant, quite obviously appreciates the regular custom. Things have changed massively within this industry and post offices have to run as independent businesses, which is huge contrast to how things were! So, having said that, as a local business trying to keep afloat in this market, I salute them.

I use this post office often I find muralee postmaster and all the staff very polite and helpful always pleasant and have a sense of humour wouldn’t use any other post office

I use this place weekly but won't be anymore. Literally the rudest staff. Refuse to smile, will never greet you or say thank you. The bloke will sit there on his phone replying to his facebook friends before he can be bothered serving you. Dont know how they have a business because they clearly don't enjoy their jobs.

The review by KORE - BDP seems a little exaggerated to say the least. I was in the post office at the same time and although the Postmaster tried to explain, there seemed to be just a one way street of conversation, and not listening properly. The PO staff simply explained that to send anything to the USA required CN22 completion, and yet although trying to help this customer, the response was What do you need that for?" in quite a loud tone. The Postmaster simply stepped in to stop his staff member from having to take the brunt of quite aggressive vocals. I also explained to the customer just to simply get on with the transaction. The owner was very rude to me for nothing I was sending something to America via post and asked a question about a small form for customs as I did not understand what it was for I asked in a normal manner then the large male ( the owner ) started explaining it but while raising his voice at me and sternly and said he didn't like my language or tone of voice when it was him with a attitude I didn't even swear or have a tone of voice I remained calm through the whole incident trying to explain I have not done anything wrong then he got his phone out to film me I was confused at the whole affair I ended up leaving and went to post office in town ..avoid this post office the owner is very rude and nasty ..very unprofessional behaviour

So rude, the man behind the counter just sits playing with his phone and signing for his amazon prime orders. He dosent even speak or call you to the counter you just get a mucky look when its your turn. Everything a effort for him. Gives the post office a very bad reputation. NEEDS CLOSING DOWN OR CLEARING OUT. Will not be attending AGAIN

I use the Post Office at Rawmarsh weekly . I have found then very friendly, polite and helpful. If I withdraw some money it is always counted in front of me - if I'm not watching while it is counted they wait until I am watching.
