*copied from KJT Lydney*Joanna Owen- Lettings- Attempt to contact her to arrange a viewing on two properties, waited days for a response and when received it was poorly worded and unprofessional. I then responded to her email and chased up and was ignored. I understand there is a large amount of renters going for one property at times, however I don’t believe that is an excuse to not value their business. I’m sure if I was a landlord looking to let my property, I would be treated better.
