Great service, fitters we’re excellent. Very happy with the fireplace and the after sales service has been great too. We had a modern recessed fire fitted to replace the old fireplace, surround and hearth (3rd photo). Couldn’t ask for more and would recommend.

We used Oxford Fireplace Centre by recomendation from a previous customer. They were terrific. We have a 1920's house with a lot if original features, which we love to preserve, including an old style art deco fireplace. With clever mesurement we now enjoy a Barbas 5Kw slot in stove, saving our old fireplace. Great service from the installers and a lovely bottle of wine to enjoy in front of our lovely wood burner!

We visited the shop and the team were extremely friendly when we arrived late in the day. They explained all of the possible options of which there were many. We are really pleased with our purchase. It is just what we wanted.

We had Oxford Fire Place centre fit us a twin wall system back in April. They were the only local company who would even quote us at the time and the staff were really helpful every time we popped in. The fitters were also great & tidy.We’ve now built a faux chimney breast & log store around our stove and can’t wait to get using it this winter.

Arranged a site visit, after finding the ideal a slot in electric fire in the showroom. Original appointment was cancelled as their guy wasn't too well. Re-arranged another date. Chap turned up, didn't fill us with confidence, as he didn't seem to know the fire we had requested. Three weeks later still waiting for a quote. It's not the customer who chases, a follow-up call after quote was sent is what would be expected if the company is interested. We will look elsewhere..

I am absolutely delighted with my fireplace and wood burning stove. And the guys who installed it were brilliant! They completed the work in a day and left the place immaculate. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

When we visited the showroom to choose our new fireplace and electric fire the staff in the showroom couldn't have been more helpful. The gentleman came to measure up within a few days and it was installed just a couple of weeks later. The fitters were absolutely first class. Could not fault them at all. They worked efficiently and quietly and cleared up completely when they had finished. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made sure every single thing was finished to perfection. When the installation was finished they gave us a clear demonstration on how to use the remote control and all the different functions.We would highly recommend that if you are looking to buy a new fireplace, wood burner, electric or gas fire look nowhere else.
