Rushcliffe windows

I can't recommend Rushcliffe Windows highly enough. I had an old badly fitted door with a half glazed side panel replaced with a very smart door and fully glazed side panel. The transformation is amazing, we are so pleased with it. The workmanship is excellent, there was a considerable amount of remedial work to be done as well as fitting. Communication with Kerry from start to finish was excellent, he was punctual, professional, polite and helpful throughout, and the cost was very reasonable! Overall an excellent job, thank you.

Excellent Service, very helpful and friendly, Great value for money, kept me informed with everything, arrived on time, my broken doubled glazed window was fitted and my flat was extremely clean when the gentleman left he didn’t leave any mess, would definitely recommend 100% thank you for a great service

No hard sell, competitive pricing and excellent quality products. I immediately felt like I was in the best hands with the smaller touches and finer details (that I would never have thought about) proved that I had chosen the right company. I was impressed so much, I have used Rushcliffe Windows on 3 different occasions-to fit my door, soffits & fascias and just recently my Windows. I don’t normally leave reviews, but felt so pleased with the improvements and added value to my house that I wanted to share this. In an industry plagued by cowboys, they restored our trust in tradespeople.Kerry, Ben and Karl worked hard to ensure we had the windows and doors to the standard we expected. They were quick to correct any problems and that's a good measure of a great firm. They charge fair prices and our Residence 7 windows are fantastic quality. It really comes down to three things: 1) Choosing the right window/door company....we clearly did!, 2) Finding out who they use to fabricate them, in this case H S Trade....Well done to them too. Lastly, having brilliant installers....which Ben and Karl are. We felt looked after and Kerry checked on progress throughout the installation with several visits to us. We are impressed by their service and workmanship. We would happily recommend Rushcliffe Windows to our family and friends.

Terrific service from start to finish from Rushcliffe windows. We were looking for a company to supply and fit a new composite door. After getting quotes from different suppliers, we found rushcliffe windows to be super competitive whilst not compromising on quality. Kerry came round in person (a lot of companies sent me to a website!) and discussed everything in detail. Our door was fitted in around 4 weeks from ordering (1 week ahead of the estimated schedule from the manufacturers) and just in time for Christmas which was a nice surprise. The fitters were great. They turned up bang on time and were polite, leaving everything clear and tidy. Kerry is very responsive to emails and everything is as per the quote. 100% recommended!

I have this week had all my windows replaced. It was something we had been thinking about for a while and now I wish I had done it sooner. I took out 3 quotes (one company was too busy to come and quote!) but Kerry was straight round to quote and there was no hard sales pitch. He was really helpful in guiding us into the best options and left us feeling it had gone really smoothly. This week his fitters were fantastic - the professionalism shown by Kerry continued with his fitters who made sure the disruption was minimal. They were friendly and even tolerated the 1001 questions from my daughter on what they were doing!I am loving what feels like a new house - quieter - warmer and smart-looking. My first experience with Rushcliffe Windows was about 7 years ago when I had a sofa delivered and it wouldn't go into the lounge. I phoned round a few places and Kerry/Ben turned up that evening off the back of a local job removed one of the glass panels and helped me lift the sofa into the longe.Needless to say when it came to replacing the windows after shivering through a cold winter, Rushcliffe Windows was the first and only call I made. Kerry came out within a couple of days measured up and quoted a price I was very happy with. Lead time was communicated clearly and a confirmation a week before the fitting.The fitting was over 1.5 days and the team were friendly, asked if we had any preference on the order in which they were fitted. They got on with the job without any hassle working cleanly (dust sheets throughout) and efficiently, fitting to a finish I'm really happy with! They also cleaned up any mess made before leaving.It's made a huge difference to both the aesthetic and warmth of the house. I'd highly recommend them to anyone else and will be getting them back for future work.

Kerry was quick to come round to quote for my elderly mums replacement upvc door -he could easily have sold us a new one but instead fixed the old one in 5 minutes. Explained what the problem was and carried out the work. Would not hesitate to recommend Kerry - efficient, professional and very kind
