I rang Steve around 11.00 am because of a problem with our boiler, he was with us by 2.30 pm, sorted it out and at a reasonable cost. Very glad we used him and would definitely recommend.

Had my old Worcester boiler changed to the New Worcester Classic35 and location moved using Steve at BrightGas.. Very pleasant transaction, Steve is an extremely diligent, neat and tidy craftsman. Explained everything he was doing and carried out the work exactly to my 'rather exacting' specification. I would have no hesitation in recommending Steve at Bright Gas, thanks Steve good job.

First of all, our boiler 'died' pretty dramatically and Steve, after a phone call, arrived promptly and sorted the issue. He was able to install a new boiler just a couple of days later. Did a fantastic job and will continue to be our gas man of choice from now on.

Steve and his fellow worker really do provide a great service . I was frantically looking for an emergency plumber to fix my broken boiler . Steve answered and said he had just finished for the day but he got back on the van at 730pm and came to our house . He had the parts needed and my boiler was working again in 30 mins

I recently contacted Steve from Bright Gas Services to obtain a quote for a Worcester 30i combi boiler supplied and fitted. I would most certainly recommend the services of this company. Steve arrived promptly at the agreed time to give his quote and described at length which boiler he recommended. I was only interested in Worcester. He was most patient answering all my questions. After obtaining several quotes I decided on using Bright Gas. In between obtaining the quote and actual instalment date I had exchanged a number of emails with Steve as I had several further questions. He answered all my emails promptly and in full detail.I had this boiler installed on 25 September 2015. Once again Steve and his apprentice arrived promptly at the agreed time of 08:30 am. I was most impressed as the first thing he did was lay down plastic sheeting over my ceramic tiles in the kitchen to protect them. I have never experienced tradesmen being concerned about protecting a persons property before. I do not profess to know the first thing about plumbing and installing a boiler system but it is crystal clear to see that the work is of an excellent standard.All waste materials including my old boiler were removed by Steve and my kitchen/pantry was left in such a clean and tidy state as if no work had ever taken place. Steve and his apprentice did excellent work for me and I cannot praise them or recommend them enough.The proof of the excellent work is now down to Worcester to deliver the goods this winter and forthcoming winters! I do believe they will, every review I have read about Worcester boilershas been good.

Great service from Steve & his team. From the initial visit where he was the only engineer I had round who bothered putting over shoes on over his boots,happy to advise best product for my needs without being pushy and very knowledgeable to the whole installation process which despite having some issues was never a trauma. We needed a new energy & cost efficient boiler but also need some smarter control technology. Bright Gas researched & recommended a Nest control system which saves us energy but also looks good. The complete boiler & control install was completed in 1 day without any fuss or hassle.
