Paid £50 for a check up only to be told to go back to my other dentist. Rude lady and seemed fed up with her job; not very helpful at all. Avoid at all cost.

Having had a break from the Dentist for a couple of years I returned to Mermaid Dentally Care and can’t rate them highly enough. All the team have been polite, professional and welcoming each time I’ve been. Peter is the ultimate professional, friendly, caring and won’t carry out treatment unless absolutely necessary. I’d certainly recommend them to anyone in Crowborough.

My mother has had no end of trouble with this dentist. It sounds like they are terrible. They have treated her so badly, it sounds like they have no time for older people, they are unprofessional they don’t provide goggles to wear or facilities to rinse. I would avoid them at all cost and go somewhere else

Had a tooth extracted at this dentist. They were brilliant! I was pretty nervous, they put me at ease and did what could have been quite a complicated extraction really quickly without any complications.

Personally I would highly recommend this dental practice. The care and attention to my treatment was excellent. I had a filling come out on holiday and they did a perfect job fixing it. My dentist was called Sam and the dental nurse Holly, what a delight they were, very kind. Sam also identified some small cracks in other fillings and these were done at another appointment. I also asked some advice on a recent implant I had done at an implant centre . Sam's advice was very much appreciated and I was able to get this rectified. Overall I am extremely pleased with the care I received. Credit where credit is due. Thank you so much.
