Top class service, after a fault developed with our new bed I contacted Rob at Grove Bedding he immediately arranged for a replacement, which was delivered with the minimum of fuss. Can't fault their customer service, would recommend and definitely use again.

Although this bedding shop had the bed I was looking for it was over £100 more than the same bed in Edinburgh, the staff made a phone call to the boss to try and match the price but could not match it. He was helpful but no sale this time.

Really disappointed. Started off with good customer service. Ordered the mattress in mid October and was promised delivery in 2 weeks time. Cut a long story short after a lot of following up I received the mattress today 6th January! Followed by an email saying mattresses in stock in the sale!! Having waited 3mths for the mattress I could have ordered today for delivery next week and saved myself £120!! Very disappointed

I took my mum to this store to find a bed and the lady was lovley and helped her to find a suitable bed.They have a great range of quality brands all the way up to the top 2 brands.Think I might treat myself around Christmas to a fancy top brand one.

Just took delivery of my new bed FANTASTIC service from ordering with Charlene to getting my bed delivered by the grove bedding delivery men. They even took away my old bed and mattress and all the packaging from the new bed, I not able to assemble beds myself so they were kind enough to put the bed together for me.Thank you grove bedding *****

Needed a bed frame in a hurry. What I wanted wasn't in stock but was advised on alternatives. 3 days later I had a bed. Very pleased with the service. Will be recommending to everyone I know.
