Brilliant service. First time I have ordered flowers from here and I am very impressed. The website worked easily and I was called on the morning of delivery re a slight change in the colour of flowers. They were delivered promptly and have to say, they were beautiful. Ordered two lots of flowers in the last couple of months for delivery to Sawbridgeworth including Valentine's Day flowers. Both arrangements were very nicely done, last minute correction on a message card was dealt with and very fair prices. Pleased to be able to order from a local florist. Online ordering also very well setup.

I ordered a heart wreath from My Flair Lady late one evening and needed it urgently. The photo on the website was beautiful but the flowers that arrived were even more stunning. I was really impressed with how pretty the whole thing was and the effort that had gone into them, along with the great customer service. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again for flowers.

I went for the first time yesterday; really liked the range of products. The reason for the one star review was the person serving; I was interested in a dress but the tie had slipped through so couldn’t pull the waist in; I mentioned it to the person serving who offered no help or solutions at all; her parting comment when we left was “that was a waste of time” when I chose not to buy it. Had she been a little more helpful and shown more interest in helping than I might of risked it. She didn’t seem to grasp what the issue was even after showing her what it should look like on another size.Very disappointed as there were lots of things I liked and probably would have returned to buy more things in the future as I like independent businesses.

According to the conditions of the store, if the order is placed before 11:00 a.m., delivery will be made on the same day. I ordered pink roses by 11:00 a.m., a bouquet of green and white flowers was delivered the next day, which did not match my order and the photo on the website. Terrible service!
