I visited every glasses shop in bristol, no doubt It is the best one.The opticians are very professional, experienced, talkative and kind. I am so impressed by the nice service attitude, and He repaired my glasses so perfectly in just 10 minutes.

Really friendly and helpful staff - Put me at ease during my eye test and helped me find a pair of frames I really liked. Answered my many questions and made me feel confident in my choice. Definitely worth going to an independent store over boots or Specsavers!

Had an eye test and purchased new specs here, have to say the service was excellent. The optician was friendly and got the exact right prescriptions based on my needs and Mark spent lots of time finding the right frame to suit me. After being rushed through with previous appointments at Specsavers it was a welcome change of pace. Highly recommend if you're looking for a tailored service from independent specialists.

I like to review small independent businesses when I have a good experience as they don't have the big advertising budgets of the big chains.Bramley Pope offer a fantastic service, both the optician and the optometrist. Having someone to give you honest advice about the best options for you makes such a difference. They are also lovely people who really get to know their customers. Lastly if you are having an eye test try the new cool machine they have - it's amazing if you really want to see right inside your head ! ( I am sure it is more scientific than that but that is why I was excited).

A good-quality frame makes sure I can wear it all day long without any headache or discomfort. That’s why I like the frames line-up here - professional brands with interesting design, which is much different than the big chains.And Mark helped me with choosing the frame smoothly after listened to what I need. He also made a generous decision that upgraded my lens to reassure my glasses is perfect.Besides, the optometrist, Heather did a thorough eye test to me which I never had before.So, overall, a great-quality pair of glasses, sincere and friendly service, made me very happy with this purchase. ;)

Had an eye test today and it was a great experience. Very thorough and not at all rushed. They are happy to answer any questions and were overall very pleasant.It's worth booking here as apposed to a chain as it's not just a quick check and done and they don't try to upsell further tests. They also send reminders and have a great range of frames/lenses.5 stars, definitely recommend.

Delighted to have found an independent optician offering quality of service above sales and revenue. Just had a thorough eye examination with no pressure to change prescription and some excellent suggestions and recommendations for looking after my sight. My wife also had a detailed check up and a very reasonable price to change her lenses with her new prescription.
