Halfords - Ferndown
A large Halfords just off the A31. Next to a McDonald's. A small car park to the front is monitored and any non Halfords users parking risk a ticket. Used many times for bike and motor parts not had a bad experience. Seems to have a good selection for many motoring related needs. Bikes are upstairs. Recently collected a new bike (purchased on the internet) and had a good handover.

It’s Halfords, pretty well stocked and the usual lack of staff and obligatory wait at the till. Car park shared with McDonalds so often busy and full of rubbish (not Halfords fault but McDonalds should clear it all up). Plus when it rains the car park floods.

Every other member of staff in this branch of Halfords needs the sack. I have been in three times in the last few weeks and they have been rude and very unhelpful. Customer service training is badly needed here!

Just purchased a pioneer dab radio for my car, went for a fitting assessment, only to be told they could not fix it, if you asked what my car was in the first place, when I ordered it you would have known then, what a complete waist of my time.You should sort this out.Ben did nothing wrong, just your ordering system needs sorting

Great service. Did click and collect. From ordering I had collected the item within the hour. Easy to park. Only downside was the parking warden in the carpark. Not inviting.

saturday 16th December, Had to visit ferndown store as needed a 12v battery for my triumph . When i arrived could not see what id wanted found store assistant josh went out of his way to look for said item in stock, made my day as had this item well done to him not having a wasted journey. mark denyer.

On the plus side, the call centre and fitter were very helpful ( 5 stars ). The chap at the till quoted me the price of 2 different batteries but when i came to pay, the battery was considerably dearer and a fitting charge was added that i wasn't made aware of at the start of the fitting. Not good adding hidden charges
