Tassie & Son Ltd were brilliant throughout our engagement. I sent a brief for 11x internal and external light fittings and they replied quickly with a good value quote. They soon came to do the work and completed it all to a high professional standard. We hit an unexpected issue with a light switch that hadn't been wired properly by the builders previously (and this had not been discovered until the new lights were fitted!) but they went the extra yard and proactively resolved it for no extra charge. Very happy customer, I will be using them for future electronic jobs in the future.

Phoned this company for a new light fitting quotation, no light fitting needed moved one wire to fix issue and charged £90 absolutely ripped off, when spoke to someone to question the bill he was rude and hung up

After contacting another electrician and being let down, I looked for another local to my area and found Tassie & Son Ltd. I sent the company an email and promptly received a reply from Steve and an appointment was arranged for an EICR check to be carried out. The check was completed by Eddie who was very professional, polite and efficient.Excellent service and price. I am not local to Norwich and had to get help for my elderly father who had electrical problems at home. Steve was really responsive and after hearing my dad was unexpectedly in hospital, he helped me out by sending someone earlier in the day . The job was sorted really promptly by a lovely lad. Really impressed with Tassie&son Ltd who were incredibly kind today helping me out at a particularly stressful time. Highly recommend .
