Honestly, outstanding. I mean this in the nicest way, James is a geek, and a geek that puts the most obscure language (computer stuff") into layman's terms for us mere mortals. A really nice personal feel with more benefits than if you were to head to the big brand companies that just want to upsell everything.I will have no hesitation in returning here

James was amazing even backed up all my data recovered all documents really made the effort could not be more grateful my lap top is now back up and running as good as new highly recommend fantastic experience thanks again ! :)

We had a problem accessing email on our MacBook. We took it into Switch with no appointment and they fixed it straight away in about 10 minutes. Very pleased with their excellent service.

My 2nd experience of using Switch and once again I have been impressed with their service. Sought advice for replaing my all in one PC and they did this professionally and supported me in the process after explaining our business needs. Personable, friendly and professional. James was outstanding in his service in the transition from old to new and went out of his way to ensure that everything was set up and running as it should be. I am so pleased I made the switch to Switch! Telephoned re an urgent fix required on my iphone - having popped in to see James replacement screen installed tested all in under 3hrs!Once again saved my day.Exemplary customer service, knowledge & professionalism.Thank you! 100% recommend.

Upon arriving at my holiday bungalow I had network connection problems so no WiFi connection to my personal hotspot from my phone.I phoned and arranged to go to the shop and within 10 minutes of James speedily going through various menus and typing of things way beyond my knowledge he had it fixed.... not only a miracle worker and life saver but when I asked how much I owe he said no charge!! I insisted I pay something so he suggested £5 to buy his son an ice cream, I more than happily obliged.An absolutely top class service with amazing knowledge but also a very pleasant, polite and incredibly honest man.

Due to no fault of my own, I had a computer problem that I didn't know how to fix and was advised to phone Switch Computer Support for help and advice, which I did today. I explained that I am in my eighties and have no idea of what I am doing. I cannot speak highly enough of the telephone service that I was given - time and advice, served with plenty of patience as well as talking me through some very basic things that I hadn't realized. Great support.I am useless with technology. Whenever I am stuck, eg adding a signature to an important document, or transferring data onto a new device, James is incredibly helpful.
