Matt and Luke replaced a radiator for me and serviced the boiler. Despite being ridiculously busy, they turned up on time. They were polite and professional and they did the job efficiently and tidied up after themselves. Not only that but it cost less than I was expecting too. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Thanks very much!

I came across Aquaflame a few years ago when I needed a new bathroom fitted and boiler installation. I didn’t expect too much as I feel like I’ve spent most of my life trying to find reliable and trustworthy tradespeople. Punctual, polite, professional, knowledgeable, tidy and an absolute pleasure to have around was my experience of Aquaflame! Nothing is too much trouble and whenever I need a boiler service or plumbing job they are my first port of call. Highly recommended!!

We are in our sixties and we decided that it was time to replace our 30+ year old bathroom. It has taken us a long time to make up our minds (and a big thank you to all our local bathroom suppliers for their patience and understanding). We had quotes from various tradesmen and settled on High Peak Aquaflame. When we were ready to proceed, we asked them if their original quote was still viable and if so, could we set a date. We were given a five-month lead time. A month before the job was due to start they advised us that they could no longer do the electrics because it was “too much hassle and regulations”. When we questioned this the response was insensitive and very unprofessional. We are unable to recommend this company.

We had a really tricky gas leak and all other tradesmen didn't want even to attempt to locate and fix it. Aquaflame came out to look, felt confident they could sort it out and then texted me an appointment time. They arrived on time, after a long and difficult search found and fixed the leak. Matt and Luke are among the best tradesmen we have ever used. Punctual, polite and so hardworking. And they pick up their phone and communicate with you. Cannot recommend highly enough.
