This is a Trade outlet, so don't expect McDonalds customer service language and attitudes... instead, just tell them your problem and not only will they help you solve it with parts, they help with the actual solution. Thanks to them, this is the FIRST time in my life I've succeeded in a Plumbing mission with no leaks and less than 50% swearing-ratio! Thanks again, highly recommended

If you’re looking for advice I wouldn’t waste your time. Go to anywhere else on the estate and you’ll find less patronising staff.

No friendly NO kind No Polite, very very root staff!Never go back again.I just wanted to ask something and they chased me out of the store because of I don't have account.Disappointing!

4.50 pm on Friday 10 Sept 2021:I was expecting friendly, helpful service both on the phone and at the counter. Sadly this was not what I got. Instead I got the impression that the sales person hates their job and hates potential customers. Fortunately the kind of service I wanted was to be had just around the corner at Wolseley (formerly Plumbcenter) at Unit 3A of Freshfield Industrial Estate).Good manners cost nothing; bad manners cost a lot.

Was slightly concerned about using this company due to the previous review on Yell but have been in twice now and staff could not have been more helpful, patient and informative.I'm used to trade staff often treating me slightly patronisingly and assuming I know nothing. The showroom manager had a lovely manner and Keith in the service area even phoned a company to check on a special requirement. Would use again as a pleasure to deal with.

Ive been in the trade for 20 years now, this is by far the best merchants I have ever worked alongside, every single member of staff always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need, always friendly, honest, willing to help, always answer the phone and reply to emails, which makes my job allot easier!
