My mother’s fuse box tripped and all power was off. We needed urgent help as the set up is not a straightforward one. Even though it was the August bank holiday, Richard answered our call immediately and helped us isolate the issue remotely by explaining everything perfectly on how to determine the cause. He was extremely professional, friendly and very kind. I will be recommending Richard and THS Electrical to everyone in the area and have already passed on his details to the immediate neighbours. We couldn’t rate THS Electrical Services more highly. They are exceptionally professional, thorough and work strictly (&importantly) to BS 7671.We needed an EICR, which revealed some flawed works. THS guided us through the issues step by step and found a way to fix the problems - without needing to tear apart our home.Tony, Aaron, Alex and Derek were meticulous, careful and considerate in all aspects. Tony and his team have to be the Dream Team of electricians!Incredibly easy to deal with, transparent about the quote (which items to be supplied plus the pricing), quick and efficient responses.On the day, two very efficient electricians on site, intelligently anticipated the settings needed in each location, completed the work without fuss or mess, explained clearly what had been done.

Excellent service. New socket installed quickly and with zero mess. I was also given a very helpful overview of the issues with our outdoor lighting and an explanation of the means of sorting it out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Very professional and courteous service (worked with Aaron and a second engineer). They expertly replaced 20 down lights and fire alarms on high ceilings and over staircases. Timely (2 day turnaround) and fairly priced. I'll definitely call THS every time!

I called THS at 8am on a Saturday morning for help with a tripped switch. The gentleman I spoke with helped me diagnose the problem (boiler not electrics), saving me the time and expense of having an electrician visit. He was polite and professional. Many thanks for the great service.

We used THS Electrical to install new ceiling lights with a new switch, and also move two existing ceiling lights. Tony was very responsive via Whatsapp, and the two engineers he sent were extremely courteous, friendly, professional and efficient. The work was high quality and they patched the holes they made, though we'll need a decorator to fully hide them (this was made very clear beforehand to avoid any surprises). Would highly recommend.

Excellent experience with THS Electrical. Something in the kitchen kept on tripping a fuse in the fuse box. The problem was quickly identified and corrected. Electrics of the kitchen was up and running in no time. The electricians (Dan and Harrison) were very professional, courteous and efficient. Highly recommended.
