Freddie was a very good boy today while having two fillings. Cian the therapist was very patient with him, and was very reassuring. Very professional service. I have been attending for 40 years since I was a child, and I'm happy my children are receiving the same great treatment from the practice xx

Brilliant patient care, excellent customer service. Without going into to much detail, the team at Birchwood Dental Practice managed to get me into a cancellation appointment at very short notice. Sorted my issue with my teeth quickly, professionally and with the highest standards of patient care. Many thanks to all the team.

I have just attended for my 3 monthly check up, scale and polish, which some people might think is over the top. However to keep a bright smile on an old face you need teeth and thankfully I have got them and I intend looking after them.The Dentists at Birchwood are efficient and skillful but the icing on the cake is the hygienist and her assistant, both Cian and Holly are super cheerful Ladies with a great couchside manner.10/10 to Birchwood Dental Practice.Des Wilcox

Yesterday I attended the dental surgery with my 10 year old Daughter She was totally nervous and scared beyond belief ahead of her first filling.I would like to pass on my heartfelt thanks to the dental therapist that did the procedure and also her dental nurse – they were very reassuring and made her feel at ease as she was very upset.Cian explained every step to myself and my daughter and made the appointment a lot less worse than we were both anticipating.

Had birchwood dental practice recommended to me.The first appointment was spent accessing the work that needed doing as I was having numerous problems,the second appointment was spent having the work I needed doing explained and implemented, I had a deep clean,a bridge refit and a filling,the whole procedure from making the appointment to having the work done was brilliant,the staff on reception were friendly,the dentist (Adil) was meticulous in everything he did, he explained what I needed doing and why I needed it doing.The dental nurse in attendance(sorry I didnt catch her name)was friendly,pleasant and chatty.thank you so much.

Cian (Therapist) and Rhianna (Nurse) were quite superb today! I was so worried and anxious about problems with my teeth and was feeling very embarrassed and upset about the whole situation. Within minutes I was put totally at ease and made to feel that nothing was insurmountable. My issues were resolved professionally and in fact I had another appointment for next week but Cian managed to do the work today so saving me a further trip back to the Dentist. I was treated with dignity and so much kindness. I can't priase these ladies enough. They are a credit to Birchwood Dental Practice and BDP are very lucky to have such fabulous people working for them. Well done all and thanks so very much. I can smile again now. x

Birchwood Dental has been an amazing experience with my dental journey, Dr Burhan has been such an amazing dentist to me and the staff have also been lovely to work with.I broke my front tooth in a skating accident when I was 12 years old, causing a tooth abscess above the impacted tooth. Now at 24 Years Old, I decided to get in contact with Birchwood Dental whilst private patients were being taken on during COVID times (It was impossible to find NHS at the time). Birchwood Dental was highly recommended to me by family members so I decided to bite the bullet and book a private consultation.I was highly concerned that I could have had some tooth disease or something worrying as I had no idea what it was at the time. After an examination, Dr Burhan has informed me that it wasn’t anything I should be too worried about and he actually specialised in the treatment needed to fight the abscess: A Root Canal.Naturally, I was intimidated knowing how scary people make it out to be and how the road was going to be longer than anticipated. However, Burhan was very ensuring and comforting explaining the procedures of what needed to be done and very understanding in my personal feelings also. During this consultation, I also brought up that I wanted to fix front teeth as it was something that really affected my confidence outside socially and during work, something not too flashy or fake looking, which I was told that yes, we would be able to sort it out along the line which gave me hope and confidence to begin my journey.Skipping back to present day, the root canal has been finished and the abscess has been neutralised, I am overwhelmed with how amazing my Crown and Veneer are on my front teeth and how much it has boosted my overall confidence, not having to subconsciously hide my mouth not even being on my mind anymore feels like such a big weight off my shoulders.If I were to summarise my experience, it would probably be:Thorough – Making sure that the root canal was absolutely perfect before being plugged up over 3 appointments to make sure the infection had stopped spreading completely.Genuine – Burhan made it really easy to express my feelings on what I wanted and I believe that he had a good understanding of that and really wanted the best for me and his patients. This also includes recommending sensible and long-term options that work cost effectively and also strongly encourages original tooth preservation.Professional – All of the steps and procedures carried out during the consultations and surgeries were very precise and Burhan was happy to explain the procedures that he would be implementing which made me feel comfortable and able to trust my dentist.Once again, Thank you Birchwood Dental for everything. I am absolutely overjoyed with the results and I'm so glad that I set out on this journey :)

Took my 6 year old on 05/05 and she doesn’t like dentists at the best of times however Cian (The Therapist) and Isabelle (the Nurse) put her at ease and reassured her the whole way through and always explained what they were doing. I had a happy little girl at the end and a happy little boy because he got a sticker like his sister for sitting and being a good boy! Excellent service.
