Excellent service from the staff here. I was able to try several brands of digital piano on two separate occasions before making my choice (Kawai CA78). The instrument was delivered and set up as arranged and I am thoroughly delighted both with the purchase and with the help and service I received. I would wholeheartedly recommend the shop to anyone in the East Midlands wanting to try and buy a digital piano.

Many thanks to Steve for helping me pick the right digital piano! Not only he explained all the nuances of how the sound is produced, he was also willing to go an extra mile and explain all the peculiarities of every instrument I was curious about. Besides, a warm, non-persistent approach made me feel like we’re just friends chatting about music. I’m glad I went to Keysound and got my Roland FP-30X, which is an absolutely remarkable machine. If you need help with buying a piano, come and ask Steve, you wouldn’t be disappointed!

So helpful and friendly at this place. I bought a digital piano and it was delivered and set up at my home. Simply all-round excellent service. Even if you find the same thing slightly cheaper elsewhere, I would still go to Keysound for the service.

Didn't catch the guys' names, but they saved an incredibly important wedding gig when I realised I had left my sustain pedal at home an hour before playing!! Excellent service and quality products, would definitely use again if I'm in the area. Thank you!

It is the best piano shop that I have experience in the UK. I did not expect that the seller replied my email on Saturday night promptly. When I visited the shop on Monday, Steve showed me and explained the functions of the piano in a very clearly and professional way. Steve kindly gave me a discount on the stand. And the driver Paul is also very nice. He helped me to deliver it home. I bought a Roland FP50 and I absolutely love it!

Without a doubt the best way to purchase your next piano.They stock every digital keyboard you could think of so I spent a good hour in the shop trying them all out. Paul was very informative and demonstrated the pros and cons of each piano. Once I decided which one I wanted (Casio AP470) purchase and delivery happened in a timely fashion.Included in the price Keysound delivered the piano personally and even set it up. Once up and running Paul spent some time reminding me of the key features of the piano. This is incredible value for money and if I ever decide to upgrade, I will be using Keysound again. It's rare for a company to have a personal touch in this day and age so I was left very happy with the whole experience.

Can't recommend Keysound enough. Just as we locked down for Covid back in March, I managed to snap the sustain pedal on my old Casio - it broke my heart! Paul kindly recommended the PX 770 which I got back in June, and I absolutely love it and really made my year! I was apprehensive at first about buying something without trying but I'm so in love with it and so happy with the service received.

On Saturday lunchtime we decided to take a trip into Hinckley to look at options for our daughter for her up and coming keyboard/piano lessons as we want her to have home tuition. We pulled into the car park behind the shop, where we were greeted by a more mature lady and gentleman both wearing KEYsound T-shirts who rushed over and said “sorry you can’t park here, it’s a private car park” To note the car park was half empty and we were intending to visit the shop and spend a considerable amount of money. I would genuinely avoid at all costs, as looking online the rude gentleman seems to be the owner. A quick tip. Don’t stand in the car park at your busiest time (a Saturday lunchtime) and try and actually greet customers, not show them off. We have since purchased a Kawai piano for her from Coventry. Id avoid them at all costs.
