KMDT Shenley - Krav Maga Defence Tactics

My 8yr old daughter has been going since she was 4. She really enjoys it, loves the instructors, and her confidence has improved massively.

I was looking for somewhere for my son to gain confidence learn self defence the coaches are friendly and helpful he really enjoys going

I am with them for a couple of months now, and I love it! They provide an efficient way to learn the techniques at the venues as well as during online classes and it's also a great place to meet new, awesome people. Definitely deserves 5 stars! (The reason I say awesome is because that's Henry's favourite word during online classes, haha)

As a single mother, I was initially a little daunted to join the club. But I found the instructors and fellow pupils so welcoming and warming! My youngest has even joined the children's classes. I feel like the club is now my extended family! Though we joined before lockdown, we have found the online classes equally as engaging and informative. Truly couldn't recommend the club more!

I have not been going here long. But I have enjoyed every session so far. My 10 year old son really enjoys it too. Good mix of children and adults in classes. I like the fact the children and adults classes are on at the same time. As this allows me to go at the same time as my lad.Instructors are friendly and approachable. With great communication in classes and outside. The techniques I have learnt so far have been brilliant. Krav Maga really is exceptional and very relevant to potential situations we could all face in our lives today. There is a belt grading system, which I think is great. This gives you something to work towards and is a good reflection of achievement. Lessons I have attended have been very varied so far. With pad work, striking, holds, locks and ground work and life like scenarios. I'm looking forward to getting back into it once lock down is lifted. Highly recommend.

I very highly recommend this self defence type of training. My son Denis is really enjoying it, and I think it’s a very good skill to have.The club members are very friendly and very welcoming.I strongly recommend this club.
