From the moment someone opens the door and you walk inside you feel welcome, pampered and relaxed.Yesterday I visited FrownDocs for a skin lesion removal. I had considered this procedure for a long time and finally I plucked up the courage. I had an in depth consultation with Dr Caroline who explained the removal process clearly and put me at ease.The procedure involved having an anasthetic to numb the area before the actual removal. After the area was numb I honestly couldn't feel a thing. It was over so quickly.Today I am left with a tiny scab where the lesion once was. This will decrease in size over the next week and then be gone leaving me looking and feeling much more confident in myself.Thank you so much for putting me at ease and removing my lesion. Can't recommend FrownDocs highly enough. What a service !

Exceptional service from start to finish. Follow up appointment at no extra charge. None of the team tried to push additional products or procedures.Very clean and professional.And friendly. A lovely environment.Another bonus for me is that it is GP led meaning full understanding of facial muscle groups and impact of procedure. Also meant I could still give blood without having to wait for 6 months, which you have to do with treatments done by non-GPs.Thoroughly recommended.

I would highly recommend Frowndocs. I have received an excellent service, from booking in with the lovely front of house staff, to the treatment I received from the gorgeous Doctors Caroline and Risha . I trust them completely, they listen to what your expectations are. I feel confident in thier practice. They are very professional and highly qualified in what they do. Everyone makes you feel very relaxed and confident that you will be looked after.

Dr Caroline and the team are wonderful. There is a really calm and welcoming atmosphere there. I had an aquatite treatment with Michelle who put me so at ease and has such a lovely manner. My skin looked and felt amazing afterwards and I would highly recommend.

From skincare and facials (Aqua3 and ZO my fave) to Botox and lip fillers, FrownDocs is my go-to. I honestly cannot recommend the clinic and the wonderful staff more highly.I had more lines around my eyes than I'd like and was starting to develop the same on my forehead yet a big thing for me was not wanting a fake look. I was also pretty nervous about the needles but the minute I walked in I felt taken care of and knew for sure I was in safe hands. The amazing Caroline worked her magic and I'm now looking and feeling better than ever. She's highly skilled all round next level at what she does. Then when I'm interested in trying a new treatment, I'm able to ask lots of questions and never feel under any pressure.Heather has also gone above and beyond as I try and resolve my skin issues too, investing time to talk me through the best skincare products and treatments and constantly checking in on how things are going.It's a huge win to have such a diverse range of treatments and skin specialists under one roof, and better yet that they're the loveliest bunch.To anyone unsure whether to start a treatment or to transition to a new clinic, be sure to pop in!

Lovely warm greeting as soon as I arrived, made me feel at ease right away. Met with Caroline and explained what I was thinking about. Caroline took the time and patiently walked through everything with me and gave me the space to decide how I wanted to proceed. I’m glad I decided to get the treatment. Decided to have my first Botox done, as I noticed my frown lines were becoming quite deep. After checking out a lot of places I went to Frown Docs. I was very apprehensive on the day of the visit, when I arrived I was welcomed by a really friendly team. Dr Risha who done the Botox was so good at putting me at ease. She carried out the procedure with such professionalism and care.The results were amazing. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to go back to them in the future.One of the reasons I chose Frown Docs was because the work is done by Doctors.

Frowndocs are great! You are met with a smile and thecehole team are so welcoming. All the staff are knowledgeable and they don't oversell or push. The team all lovevtheir jobs and it shows, I love my visits. I've been going since they opened and highly recommend them.
