Fantastic customer service from the service department. Very professional gentleman called Callum who dealt with my insignia having a major steering fault and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Very very impressed and I will be returning for routine servicing in the future!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Tony from the servicing dept in particular was very helpful when it came to sorting out our Grandland X's wetbelt issues. Snow's dealt with Vauxhall customer services for us directly so we didn't need to stress about fighting over compensation. 10/10 would recommend to any Vauxhall owner.

Recently bought a car from Kevin. The service was excellent throughout, even picked me up from the train station, outside of working hours! Most importantly thought, the after sales care has been as exemplary. Had what thankfully turned out to be a very minor issue with the car after purchase and the whole process was dealt with perfectly. Would very much recommend.
