First delivery lot of sleepers was perfect . He then put up them up £2 a sleeper for the second delivery of the same items a week later . It was then and still is £18 per sleeper on the website. came has a surprise when told over the phone I will be charged £20 per sleeper ,When they arrived there was also a sleeper short, which I was told about by the delivery guy, this had not been deducted from the price, I questioned this. They then removed the missing sleeper cost and tried again , I still questioned this has it was still £45 over the total price , after repeated questioning I still ended up paying£10 more than the total should have been. I received no receipt for my payment ? I registered my complaint with the delivery guy who said he would make it known back at the yard.. This is not a way to run a business if you want repeat customers and good word of mouth advertising

The prices in the timber yard are excellent. I buy all my slabs, sand and timber there. I'm a regular customer and I never go anywhere else if the utens are sold there. The lads are really helpful.

Always use great prices an a good service

It's very cheap it's cheaper than going to works they've got everything that you did there for gardening and also slabs and Sand and timber very cheap as well and the staff there was very nice and pleasant and polite I was looking for some slabs to do my shed and I just needed some cheap ones and instead of paying £4.50 at will Wickes they were only £2 which saves me a lot more money so if you wanted to save money then going and spending a fortune go to Wickes I'm also looking for slabs to do a pass in my garden to put an because he blow up and I will be going there

Do not use this company.Spent over £250 with them, received poor quality timber products.Complete rip off. Avoid at all cost .

Dealt with Dean for the 3 times visited. The order was half delivered, but the driver wanted COD 210pounds of the original price expected for the purchases ordered. After the driver explained this is what he was told to deliver and there is no further delivery, I drove up to the yard to find out where is the rest of the delivery. Dean expressed that he was stressed and since this Coronavirus customers have been quite rude. I said to him that I am not being rude to him and he replied not you duck". It transpired that Dean mistakenly quoted us a price

Cheap timber but famous for the grumpy and frosty reception .. it’s always been the same for many years .. everything is always just to much trouble , I always feel uncomfortable even asking about anything now days …
