Twice I've tried to get a call back to secure their services without success. They may be beautiful but they are certain not bright. Terrible customer service.

I have a fortnightly clean. Started about a month ago. They do an absolutely amazingly job. And I love the little touches like folding the end of the toilet roll. Exactly as you would get in a 5 star hotel! Everything is left in its place, and extremely clean and shiny. So nice to come back to a lovely clean house. And more so, I feel safe knowing that the keys are kept safe and locked away. Julie is so professional and it was lovely meeting her to talk the job through. This is a class company and would highly recommend to anyone.

Just started with a regular cleaning service by Julie and the team. They've been great and professional to deal with so far, and I really appreciated the initial visit from Julie as it made me know she was giving me the right service for my house. The cleaners are prompt and friendly, and my house has never looked better!

Never had my house cleaned before but bright and beautiful made it like a dream. Came home and was amazed at how spotless everything was. The whole process was so easy, they really helped me out when I was needing it. Good value and lovely people, would highly recommend.

Excellent service, lovely people, super efficient. They do a weekly clean of my house and are totally reliable and thorough. They will also invoice monthly and don’t obsess about how many hours, they just clean the house. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had our first clean by Clare and Linda who did a great job. They arrived on time and left the house sparkling clean and tidy. It was as important to me that Bright and Beautiful could offer a pet-friendly service which they did deliver. My neighbour recommended them and I can see why!

Julie's team have provided cleaning services for our small office for the last 18 months or so on a fortnightly basis.We found them to be friendly, efficient, professional and reliable and are happy to recommend them.Their flexibility when we've had to change days at short notice during the pandemic also made things much easier for us at a difficult time.
