Thank you Mandala Travel for organising such a wonderful trip. From our arrival at Cairo Airport to our departure at the end of the trip we were looked after extremely well by everyone. We were accompanied on our visit to the Cairo Museum and Pyramids by our excellent guide Mohammed, who was a mine of experience and information and really enhanced the day. Our Luxor visit was full on visiting Karnak Temple and the West Bank and the fascinating Valley of the Kings followed by an all too short stay at the fabulous Al Moudira hotel. Then 4 idyllic days on the gorgeous Dahabiya Orient. The crew were just marvellous, nothing was too much trouble for them. Travelling with us was yet another superb guide Mohammed, who was able to enthus us with the history of the kings and queens of Egypt and the wonderful temples and monuments. A evening visit to a village followed by a river side BBQ, and a visit to the Camel/Cattle and Fruit and Veg market gave us a taste of Egyptian life as a balance to the past lives. Then we said a sad goodbye to our boat and went on to visit Abu Simbel and Aswan which rounded off a truly memorable trip.Throughout our visit the customer services we received from everyone involved was excellent with any queries or questions dealt with quickly and efficiently.
