Bought lovely tennis racket for my daughter for Christmas but after using it just a few times it cracked . After I contacted the store they where very happy to help. They sorted this out by getting me a new racket sent out. Thanks. Highly recommended

Great products as ever. Such a shame - my order to EU country had 55 EUR taxes on it. This must be killing SMEs that have worked hard to create effective business models that have cross market appeal. So sorry! I can't afford to use this service again.

The most helpful sports shop staff I have come across. I came in an hour before closing wanting to purchase a racket and some padel shoes. They went out of their way to help me and I was thrilled with my purchases. The young man and young lady stringing tennis rackets are both an absolute credit to your business.

A friend is known in trouble…I ordered a few tennis shoes for my bd’s birthday and a t-shirt for the first time from this company and after we chose the size I sent the 2 of them back. As you all know the delivery you need to organise by yourself and they advise to send with Evri as I did. A week later they called me and said that they haven’t received shoes but women's sandals and I was shocked. They sent me photos and it's obvious that the shoes were stolen. After I found many stories on the Internet that Evri often does it: tamper the parcels and change with cheap stuff. I submitted my claim with Evri but of course nothing for now and as per practice I can only expect post cost +20 £ . My refund for 2 shoes was supposed to be 179£ which PDH rejected to process because they didn’t receive the shoes. Absolutely didn’t help with anything in the situation and even trying to say that it was just mixed up in Evri… they were not mixed up , they were STOLEN. Other big and decent companies would protect and support their customers in such situations. I will never use PDH and Evri anymore and would not recommend it to anyone.My reply to your message:You mentioned that you are happy to help, however when I emailed you asking how your disappeared. I haven’t received any help from your side , neither your liase with Evri as you said.Can you send me the sandals at least I can try to sell them and cover this mess…I repeat, when someone opens box that doesn’t owe, change 200£ value worth shoes with cheap sandals and pack it again it is not a mixing up it is a stealing. Not sure why you are still trying to avoid this terminology.

Fantastic customer service and supplier. I have used PDH for years for many purchases. They always ship quickly and I have never had any problems.I recently had 2 Dunlop rackets break in the same place. Having sent PDH pictures on the Tuesday, of the faults, they had confirmed replacements due with Dunlop and posted my 2 replacement rackets to be delivered on the Thursday by the Wednesday afternoon.Amazing customer service.

PDH Sports have shown some great customer service when they helped me rectify an issue with a Yonex shirt I purchased despite me having removed the label. They contacted the company and as a result were able to offer me credit to the value of the shirt which I have used to purchase two more items of Badminton equipment. A great service with a personal touch and excellent products. Thank you.

Fantastic place to purchase squash gear, because of their post-purchase support. Great companies distinguish themselves when things don’t go according to plan and PDHsports does.I purchased a pair of Unsquashable shoes (for a great price) and had it sent to my hotel in London. Before they sent the shoes, their team checked to make sure that the hotel knew the package was coming. I didn’t ask them to do it, but they saw the address and hotel name and proactively reached out to make sure. Not only that, they then sent the package with expedited mail, to guarantee it would arrive in the 3 days that I was staying in the hotel. Just phenomenal.Oh, and the product, the shoes, are fantastic. Highly recommend
