We had an incident where we noticed a mouse in our bedroom and called a pest control company which sub contracted our issue to this company.They came on time and were very professional and explained everything especially as we were very nervous having a mouse in the house.They laid out some bait boxes and really took their time to investigate the issue.2 weeks or so later they returned and the problem was resolved.Thanks again

We had a wasp and rat problem. MLE pest control fixed the wasp issue the same day I called, great service. I was told that the rat issues was probably from a break in a pipe and that I should get a camera survey. I did not believe it was possible knowing the drop to the sewerage system but paid for the inspection anyway. They were spot on! Found the break in our internal pipe work which I have now fixed ( root cause sorted). Just waiting for the rats to jump into the traps now. Great service highly recommend.

We had a wasp nest in our porch roof. They came out same day and got rid of the wasp nest no problems at all. Reasonable price was paid for this service. Two weeks later, still no signs of any wasps.

We thought we might have mice in the loft. Called these guys and turned out we had rats! We were mortified . The guy was very reassuring and over the course of 3-4 weeks we got to the root of the issue. They were coming in via a broken sewage pipe at our neighbours house and getting into their cavity wall. Once in there they could make their way from one house to the next. We paid to have a blocker put on the pipe & it stopped the rats from having entry to the wall. Very happy & would recommend this company.

Came and explained a few details and facts about the wasp nest. Showed him the nest and very prompt professionally sorted the problem for us. Would highly recommend this company.

This is a SCAM, stay away! Really dissatisfied with this company/Mitch. Paid three visits upfront and only got the service for the initial visit. Second visit we missed the appointment which was our own fault hence happy to pay for it. Today, third visit, three of my tenants were at the property (in the front room) but they didn't hear the door then saw the paper under the door and called him. Be aware that you might be at home, miss the door and get charged for it anyway. He is refusing to re-arrange the visit and is asking for another payment to collect his equipment.. A complete joke. A phone call to check if anyone is at the property would not hurt but it is easier to run away and get paid. Very unprofessional. Also very unreliable visit times. Be prepared to ask for a full day off work to accommodate him.

Absolute scam. I was made to pay upfront £150 for 3 visits which I have never had to do with a pest company before, however I paid it as I needed the issue resolved. I advised twice that I would not be home during school run hours as I have children to collect. So they turn up during the school run hours and charge you for that visit even though they have not stepped foot in your home or give any contact at all as to what time they will be there. When I advised we still have pest problem after the first visit they said this is strange and must be something els, even though they told me there was absolutely no evidence it could be anything els on the first visit. The company is unprofessional, unhelpful and just want to take your money . I am currently in contact with ombudsman regarding getting some of the money back as they refused to give us any sort of refund even though they have done absolutely nothing and we still have a pest problem.

Messages the number from the Google listing nearly a week ago, got some automated message saying we aim to respond within the hour still no reply. 6 days later. i am based in burntwood and MLE is based in chase terrace so ignore the reply from the business owner
