Loved my item from here and the customer service is excellent!

Sold me fake designer clothing and claimed it was real. Avoid this business

I returned a £200 Stella McCartney handbag to this company on 14/9/2023. The handbag was then back for sale on Instagram stories the same day. I enquired about when to expect a refund for my item on 18/9/2023, Hush luxe informed me that I should have it in the next 24 hours. No refund received therefore I emailed on 21/9/23 and 25/9/23 for an update, with no response. I messaged via Instagram on 26/9/23, I was informed - sorry will chase this. On 27/9/23 I messaged again via Instagram for an update regarding my emails and refund, I was informed ‘they would be working through this today’. Still no reply/response or refund. Where is my refund? This company have updated their Instagram stories every day with new stock and discount codes yet are ignoring me and have not sent my refund.

I have been trying to get a refund since September for an item which I know they have received as it has been up for sale again. I am constantly being ignored and have not received my refund. Do not buy from this company!!

Can't speak highly enough absolute gem of a place and the staff are all really friendly. Sold them some items payment was promised and it was in my bank on the day i was told, Also if your looking for quality designer items for a great price this is the place to go

Bought loads pre owned designer via ebay fast next day delivery usually items as described priced well

Since sending back my item on the 18th of September I am still yet to receive a refund, despite chasing numerous times and being told that the refund will be completed. I have been contacting them via Instagram weekly chasing where I was getting responses to say it will be sorted out that day, however I have chased again today after being told I would receive refund yesterday and now they are not responding. I am still waiting for £150, do not buy from this company! Since requesting the refund, the company policy has changed to no refunds as they clearly aren’t capable of doing these, however I was assured that since I had sent back for a refund while this was still an option I would receive mine, but I have not!! Stay away, not worth the hassle!
