I think signs from Thames path could be clearer - I didn't know it was separate from the rest of the park. Nonetheless, great views and worth a stop-off if you're passing

A grassed artificial mound created from excavated earth in the late 1960’s featuring a twisting helical path.Panoramic views here not breathtaking; The Crossness Sewage Plant is clearly visible.A landscaped park and playground and a pleasant meandering walk along the ‘man-made’ stream southwards towards the Thames Pathway is worthwhile if adrift hereabouts.

Nice open Park with a few soil mounds from all the building I would guess, children's play area. Biggest complaint is the lack of benches in the park so you'll be sitting on the grass.

I think place is a great hidden viewpoint that not a lot of people know about. I absolutely loved coming here and the main reason wasn’t just for the views but for the hill! It sounds crazy but it’s great fun to cycle up the hill and obviously back down again (with caution Ofc). you could also take the stairs if you’re travelling by foot but it wasn’t busy and the views were good. I think on a clearer day it would have been even better. there isn’t much to do apart from views but a hidden gem of east London.
