Great to get stuff posted with tracking but the que is always so long with not enough people serving and the self check out machines don't always work, by the end of the que you're probably going to be really sweaty

The guys here work so hard but please they can only do so much need more staff there.you could copy argos in a way one royal mail staff person puts ther delivery card in and pass the delivery card to someone in the back to get the items leaving the front staff members to carry on serving the next person in the que then when the parcels ready call out the name person shows I'd bing bang Bosh job done

Usually a good service. However I've always had the missed delivery card. This time I received a text message but no card was left. Wouldn't let me pick up my parcel! Annoyed to say the least. If you've got technical enough to send text messages then you should be able to accept the text message with ID as proof!

Came today 30min before closing time, was rushing because have important delivery, there was no one. More people was outside and was complaining it’s not a first time staff closing post office early.
