Briardene Care Home

I made three unanounced visits before choosing a respite place for my Mother who has Alzheimers.The team in Briardene tailor care around every individual making the transition from home as smooth as possible. They ensure a safe and friendly environment, so much so that my Mam was happy to stay and her agitation that was apparent at home, disappeared within 3 days of arriving at Briardene.The team also provided me with support which was very comforting at a very difficult crossroads in ensuring my Mams changing needs were being met.

I've worked here at briardene for over 6 years, and I absolutely love it here, I'm a care assistant, but I also work every other Saturday as the chef and I love that to. Where a fabulous team here at briardene and have a very supportive manager, deputy and admin.

Phil has come on lovely being at Brairdene, he's improved 100% to what he was and that's down to the nursing staff and carers, the management is fantastic always there to help with whatever you need .

I have worked at briardene for nearly 17 years ,every day is different but a lovely place to work, with a fantastic team around us ,Though covid it was very stressful for all the team ,but we all pulled together like a family, since our new manager Kim came to join our team there has being massive improvements, and going forward better things come ,I am proud say I work here with a Fantastic team with me x

Staff excellent. They look after my Mam and their care is first class. Every time I visit there has been improvements.
