Called into the store this afternoon and was served by a delightful woman called Lisa, she was on her own at the till, but stayed calm and polite, even though there was a queue, and some of the customers were moaning, l hope she gets the recognition she deserves for being a great worker.

Good shopping experience. Easy route to follow isles (unlike M). Lines all along floor for 2m and customers all seemed to obide. NHS hours seem to be AFTER last hour of trading but worth double checking on day.

Terrible. Trolley shop in front of the queue turns out to be on line shop. Customers watch while check out packs all the shopping in bags. Customer pays after they sort out right address but wrong phone number. Customer leaves, checkout picks up 2 bags and walks to other side of shop to stack shopping. Does this 3 times. Comes back ,then asks for another checkout as large queues had formed. Then wants to sort out new checkout till at which time I ask what the he'll she was doing and finish serving me with my 4 items. 3 customers left while this was going on. Brenda was the checkout.

Used these for 2 nearly 3 years but after rude/miserable delivery drivers who started turning up when they felt like it. Then two major errors with orders one being they lost my frozen items had to go and retrieve a refund from the store after work then the next turning up 8 hours past the time slot. The final straw was again a week OUT OF DATE Coleslaw before Christmas with no reply from firm after emailing them I now REFUSE to use them I spent loads every week stocking up etc. It's a shame as I was a loyal customer but guess the customer care isn't there anymore.

Not the best Iceland that I have ever been too. Will not get fresh meat from there. Chicken usually smells funky. Prefer Food Warehouse

Overall a great experience when using this store. Easily able to navigate round to pick up my necessities. Good choice and variety considering the store isn’t a huge one. Limited trolleys so I have to end up using quite a few baskets. Never had to wait long to be served apart from occasions at Christmas time, which is to be expected. Friendly staff, do their upmost to help and are polite.
