I bought my first property through Squires Mill Hill last summer. There was quite a lot of stress involved (as with all home purchases I am sure) trying to get the purchase through before the end of the stamp duty holiday. Edward Kay was extremely helpful and responsive during this process. Even though everyone says the estate agent works for the seller rather than the buyer, I had a lot of support from Edward. Having had this experience I would certainly use Squires again in the future.

Ed and Rajeeth were great throughout the sale of our flat. They were professional, straight-forward and we always felt they were working in our best interests. Definitely recommend them to anyone selling in the area. Thanks again guys

I am externally happy with Squires Estates. I met Rachel who is very nice and professional, she visited the property and discussed the market value which was the most accurate valuation. She has then managed to let my property in a very short period of time.Then Lauren was helping with the contract and paperworks. She was also very helpful and professional.In overall I am very happy and definitely recommend them to everyone.

On our search to rent a property in London, Squires Estates helped us find a beautiful house exactly as we had dreamed it. The entire team at Squires Estates have made running a property portfolio significantly less stressful. They simply get on with doing a good job, always answer the phone and provide timely updates to any problems or projects a landlord may have. Rachel Patterson and Amy Jeffries have offered and overseen very helpful solutions that, I feel, provide an optimal outcome for both tenants and landlords.

I am writing this review of the Mill Hill branch but it applies equally to the Finchley branch of Squires. I am a landlord and have used Squires since 2006; both buying properties through them as well as letting. My experience in all aspects of their service has always been 100% satisfaction. They are totally professional and always go the extra mile to provide wonderful service. I would like to single out the exceptional service given by Elizabeth Murray the Lettings Administrator who deals with new tenancies as well as renewals. No matter what issue may arise with a property she is always there to help and where required comes up with solutions to problems. I know when I have asked my tenants they receive the same high level of service and having recommended them to friends over the years the feedback has always been the same; a lovely team of people who are efficient and good at their jobs. I can certainly say you won’t find this high level of service from any other agents in the local area.

I can not say how wonderful the staff I bought and sold through. They were fantastic in selling my property after buyers pulled out. They worked tirelessly to make sure my sale and purchase went through. I can not thank them enough. Really nice people to work with.
