Had an appointment scheduled with Leicester Laser Clinic earlier today. I had a call earlier to advise the branch i had scheduled in at had an issue and Naeem was able to get me into the other clinic.I met with Seema and for over a year had these warts under my chin that i just could not get removed. Seema identified laser would not help this and advised of the Advanced Electrolysis process.Within 30 mins the issues i had faced with many trips to the GP had the issue resolved. Very pleased with the result and wish i identified this route with all the time wasted with incorrect advice.Great company and very professional team that take all medical aspects into consideration and leave very happy with the results.

Would highly recommend !The procedure I’ve purchased and undergone at Leicester laser clinic was the rejuvenate micro needling with yellow LED light. My technician is Lauren and she’s amazing ! So lovely and informative. I’ve noticed a major difference to the scarring and pigmentation on my cheeks and I’ve only completed half of my procedures! Great experience, Would highly recommend Lauren !

AVOID. This laser clinic is so terrible. I would NOT recommend it to anyone. They lie to patients about the laser type and not only is the customer service terrible but they are very rude. After having the laser done in my bikini area I began to get warts in that area. I went to the doctors and was told it was probably because they have done the laser on someone else and not changed the tip of the laser. The prices are a rip off. I asked for a refund and after contacting them in regards to this for 5 MONTHS and them saying they would get back to me,they didnt. I had to literally shout down the phone to be spoken to inregards to a refund and they didnt even refund the full amount. AVOID!!! they will only take your money and give you a bag full of lies in regards to the laser type. I would avoid if you dont want to get warts!!

Definitely recommend Leicester laser clinic, I have been a few times and have always had a professional experience. There has been an incredible difference on my hair growth. They have great deals and price is reasonable for the outcome you get from your hair growth. Family and friends have also visited Leicester laser clinic and have not had one bad word to say about it!

Would give no stars but it's not an option. Had a repeat procedure, the lady (Sima) made up the figure because cost was cheaper 6 months ago and then said they only offer NHS discount but cannot accept Blue Light Card which is the same as NHS! I felt cheated, conned and robbed by this bunch of cowboys. Car park looked like a car sales forecourt and far too quick to take money rather than focus on improving customer service. That's NOT how to do business when you're involved in patient care. Stay away and do not use.I've read your response and it's b*ullsh*t. I asked why it increased it from £50 to £75 within the space of 6 months and no one bothered to advise me before the appointment. Not sure where you got the £5 figure from!? I will not accept a refund to remove my review either!! Accept you're in the wrong and move on rather than be defensive. Very poor response from this business and I expected that.

I've had treatment done Leicester Laser LA clinic and have also had treatment at Sk;n so can form a comparison. These guys go the extra mile for a cosy touch with fluffy towels - I've never had that elsewhere. Staff are welcoming and accommodating. I was able to resume my unused treatments after a long pregnancy and post-birth break. Prices are very competitive, I drove up from Birmingham and I have no regrets. Results are amazing.

I have had the most pleasant experience at the clinic and have seen an immense different in the growth of facial hair. The clinic is immaculate and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is lovely and helpful and the treatments are definitely worth the money. Would definitely recommend the treatments, especially laser hair removal.
