What a bad rip-off COWBOYS company ever I have seen in the automotive industry. their assessors are not trained enough even I don't believe they have licence to do this job. They sent an offer for a stolen car 11K but on the real market same car as same year condition milage etc. is min price starts £15890. I bought private engineers report different company and send them but still, they say this is final offer you have to accept it. . I been solicitor already and preparing to sue COWBOYS.

I would of given 0 stars, The way my claim has been delt with has been unbelievable. 2 years and made 3 final decisions and had to relook at it due to Crawford not collecting all the relevant information from the council.This has still not been resolved.

If I could give 0 stars I would… MY ASVICE IS DONT NOT USE CUVVA AS YOUR INSURERS. When it comes to making a claim they will do anything to not pay you out. I asked them for my vehicle back and refused. Cars worth £1000 and they’re only paying me out £300 and I sent over all documentation they said once they receive it payment will be made 3 working days. It’s been months and now they’re carrying out further investigations. I’m now taking legal action

I am giving MINUS -0 for the services I am still having because I am still waiting my case to be sort and it almost 3 months and half and my claim is still . Broadspire, by Crawford & Company could sort out my car incidents claim and they referred for investigation with DLB Investigations Ltd Eckland Lodge Business Park and they have reschedule many appointment the claim handler from DLB to visit me at my home for interview investigation ABOUT THE INCIDENT WITH MYY MINE CAB CAR and latest is this.morning 25/08/22 HAD APPOINTMENT 0900 AND receiving phone.call 0800 Am by DLB INVESTIGATOR ( cancel Appointment) and it is really nightmare wsiting 2 weeks everytime and the keep missing worst insurance claim experience in my life. When you paying money to insurance they love it and when it come with claims for repairs and compasation hard to imagine

0 stars is too many. Total bandits.Awful organisation with no communication. As a matter of course they ignore correspondence. They lie and when challenged on their deception don't respond.Several formal complaints raised against them for their lies and zero care given.There needs to be some kind of governmental investigation into the kind of corruption this fraudulent organisation is getting away with.

My claim is still pending since june 2022 and they cannot seem to find the deliveroo cyclist who hit my car. Horrible insurance company who does not communicate or reply back. I have to chase it up and get updates from deliveroo instead. Horrible.Can this company legaly still operate with all this negative feedbacks.

Been seeking compensation from JustEat for damages caused by their staff. Accident happened last autumn and still not had any resolution through their outsourced investigative company (CrawCo).If anyone else have had damages or liability caused by JustEat and want to share the legal fees of taking it further, let me know! Our case alone is not worth the court's registration fees but open to see how multiple claims could be combined.
