Definitely the best option for prime care though not transparent to regular customers as had bought a treatment for our Dog only in August to be informed after paying £75 for aqaqill was £56 previously, then was told about consultation fees as no was sought none granted why these bills hidden under different names. Service charge might fit though still obtaining money with out due explanation. Been waiting all week for a different treatment though not paying twice . As awaiting insurance rebate for £500 since April of this year . Possibly decide if can remain with st James as certain vets has great patience for Animal unlike another angry man stating if it’s not broken don’t bother arriving as he’s always been unpleasant person to try comprehend. Not Demtrie he’s lovely vet only Other middle aged man 50+. Ken Crowley ..

My pets have been visiting St James vet service for the last 30 years. Their service is the best and I would never go anywhere else. I have used the Neath practice which is great as well. Here are my two dogs, Jack and Cyd who are in good health.

My puppy, Derek, and I received a very warm welcome at the vets surgery. The vet gave him a thoughrough health check and gave him his vaccination. The vet is so kind and seems to genuinely like your pet.I would recommend this veterinary practice to anyone.

We went to this vets to have our little rat put down. The staff here were amazing with us and our little boy, and gave us the best experience we could have that day. It truly felt like they were experiencing the grief with us, which is sometimes hard to find when it comes to people and rats. All the staff were so professional and wonderful, it was the kindest experience I have ever had when going to the vets to say goodbye to a pet, and I'm so glad that we were able to go to them.

This was the first time using St James Vets in Morriston. The appointment was extremely easy to get with polite and friendly receptionists. We took our puppy for her second vaccination and the vet was great! Very professional and handled our little one with care. He was so fast and discreet with the needle our pup didn’t even yelp. We also got given a lot of advice which was great.I’m so happy we signed up to this vets and would honestly recommend it to others!

As a newbie to St James I strongly feel my pet is looked after, not only are the vets thorough, the vet always asks if I have any concerns or questions. The receptionist are welcoming and have helped me choose the correct pet plans to suit mine and my pets needs. I would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend St James vets morriston. The staff were so lovely and I felt so reassured when taking my fur baby to be neutered. Such a lovely place and reasonably priced also. Will 100% be staying with them.
