Worst school ever . They don’t reply to your emails and don’t even pick up the calls. My friend applied for this school and for some reason he couldn’t make it . Its been more than 5 months they are not giving him the refund . They don’t care about their 60 days policy for the refund . My friend now applied for different universities and he wants to pay the fee for that university but this school is not giving him the refund back . He is really struggling and is kind of depressed and this uni doesn’t care about it . They are playing with someone’s emotions. He called me while he was crying but this school doesn’t reply to his emails or pickup any calls . So unprofessionalDo not recommend

I spent three weeks, two of them in the advanced group, at BSC in Central London. The staff and the teacher were friendly and tried to help us improve our english. Altough my expectations were rarly covered and their way of teaching met seldom with the way how I expected to be tought. I often missed, especially the first two weeks, a clear structur and a strategy. I hoped to work more detailed on specific topics such as politik, history, society, religion, business, ... . I expected more support in getting to know writing skills especially usefull informal phrases for business. I wished to get more input in conflict communication and argumentation. We touched a lot of these topics but stayed mostly at the surface which is for an advanced class to less from my point of view. I twice mentioned my dissapointment with the lessons and it became a bit better afterwards. All in all, I don´t recommend BSC for higher level of English.

Amazing experience. I trained with Steve and Devin to become CELTA certified. Great professionals, outstanding instructors. I learned so much in such a short period of time. I would definitely recommend being part of this community, for at least a day. It’s life changing ...

Buyer beware. they put people in classes they happen to have space for. My brother's first trip to London as his summary holiday was ruined by British Study Centre. he could not understand the class and this course hurt his confidence in learning English. he was put in a class in which everyone is 20 years older than him and have much better English than he has. the teacher was arrogant and unprofessional. British Study Centre refused to refund any of the payments. If you are booking a language course, it is better to either visit in person before booking or through recommendation of people you know. They are good at marketing. have perfectly managed online presence and facebook pages with carefully managed reviews" and professional photos. Note that if you are not happy with the class

Incorrect school. They change the amount to be paid afterwards and you have to run around for your money for months. Never choose this school if you want good things for yourself!

I took a monthly course at BSC London Hampstead, and it was one of the most amazing and stimulating experiences of my life: the teachers and the members of the staff were always so nice and helpful, and I made great strides in my English. The area where the school is located is quiet and characteristic, and the city centre is easily reachable. I totally recommend it!

Worst university i have seen in my life they don't understand students feelings. 1 year ago i have paid fees and they reject me in interview and i raise my refund request in January but right now I haven't received my refund and they are not reply to my email calls even when ever i call them they start arguing. I have to proceed in another university. Already in to much stress please someone suggest me what i will do.

I'm waiting for my brother's refund since the last year and I didn't get my money yet how many days do I have to wait to get my money back .I'm waiting for your response ASAP.

Almost 20 years ago.. I attended this school for about two months when it was called the Hempstead school of English. One of the best two months of my life. It was totally a new world. I so miss everything about it.

All refunds take more than a year. I protested all year, but I didn't get any response, and I suddenly got a refund without an apology. I'm very disappointed with the worst customer response.
