Saltash Cards

A very condescendingly and abrupt approach to my call today by the lady answering the phone! I was told they would not listen to their answering machine messages (had to leave as there was no one available when the shop was suppose to open this morning), they would not deliver balloons around the corner from the shop and I could not even order balloons to be collected as they don't take payments over the phone. If all three answers were no, that was OK, but they came over so abruptly and dismissively.. Rather shocked to be honest! Not a pleasant start to the day!
